Rex Pickett says
Hi Andrea (and Bob),
Thanks for flying down from Portland and San Anselmo respectively, as well as respectfully, given my chronic aerophobia, not to mention neurasthenia and occasional bouts of the St. Vitus’s Dance. We had a lot of laughs. But, despite the irreverent humor, you were consummate pros. It’s amazing you snapped a photo of me looking up because I think my eyes kept drifting down to your bare mid-riff (note to female photographer: Keep the sexy jeans for the night life). Just kidding. Lot of fun. I had to be on my toes to deciper some of your neologisms, solecisms, and fresh, unwitting portmanteau words. Anyway, with your splendiferous photographic eye you can get away with murder mangling the English language. If I had to live off my visual skills I’d probably be driving tour buses to the stars’ homes in Hollywood. If I ever need to be photographed again, hopefully not a mug shot, I’d call you guys in a heartbeat. — Rex
